We met at the Children's Hospital of New Orleans in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Our career journeys grew separately to cover a variety of different specialties including, but not limited to:

We have built extensive leadership positions in different areas throughout our professional development. We both felt a strong urge to use our nursing expertise on a higher level and offer more to our patients/clients. As current leaders in our profession, we decided to build a business centered on our substantial value of ethical principles in healthcare.
